Today, I had a little free time on my hands, and so I created this little video. It really is not a tutorial or an educational video. Instead, my hope is that it provides a bit of inspiration for whoever watches it.
Below, you will find the image from the video. It was pure fun to create both the photo and the video. And who knows, this “From screen to paper”-post might be the start of a whole series of similar videos, showcasing the path of a photograph from the RAW file to the print on paper. No promises, but stay tuned, just in case…

Interessant, mal die ganze Bearbeitung zu sehen. Warum druckst du über Epson Print Layout und nicht direkt aus Lightroom? Keine Kritik, würde mich nur interessieren.
Ich finde die Oberfläche übersichtlich. Sie erlaubt mir alle wesentlichen Einstellungen. Inzwischen kann ich ziemlich genau prognostizieren, wie ein Druck mit welchen Einstellungen auf welchem meiner Papiere aussehen wird. Ich habe daher keinen Anlass, mich in den vergleichsweise unübersichtlichen Druck-Dialog von OS X und/oder Lightroom einzuarbeiten.
Außerdem benutze ich die MBP Fine Art Border Tools von Martin Bailey. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Plugin für Photoshop, welches das Hinzügen von Rahmen und Beschriftungen unterstützt. Und wenn ich schon einmal dort bin, dann ist Epson Print Layout nur noch einen Klick entfernt.
