Welcome to Part 2 of my photo series titled „21st Century Trolls.“ As I mentioned in the first installment, the title is a (slightly tongue-in-cheek) reference to the trolls from Nordic mythology. It captures traces of modern-day people (also known as 21st-century trolls) amidst Iceland’s majestic and mysterious landscape.
In this installment, we explore some beautiful churches and lighthouses. We also get a sneak peek of Iceland’s fantastic landscape, which we’ll delve into more in future posts about my recent trip to Iceland. For now, enjoy a visit to Þingvellir and Vík on Iceland’s south coast.
As always, you can click on the gallery to view the photographs enlarged and in an almost distraction-free lightbox. Enjoy!
